What is the booking process?
We work on a first-come, first-served basis and accept a limited number of weddings each year. To reserve your date, a signed contract and a retainer are required. Unfortunately, we’re unable to hold dates without both a deposit and a signed agreement.
After choosing your wedding package, simply email us with all the relevant details. We’ll then provide you with an online quote and contract, both of which can be e-signed. To officially confirm your booking, a 15% deposit is required, with the remaining balance due two weeks before the wedding day or cash one day the wedding date.
Do you travel?
Absolutely, yes! We truly love traveling and often find our greatest inspiration in new destinations. Wherever you choose to celebrate your “I do,” we’re excited to be there with you.
To guarantee a seamless experience and avoid any potential travel issues, when necessary we arrive the day before the event and leave the day after. This also allows us to scout the venue in advance and prepare thoroughly.
Travel expenses—including transportation and accommodation for the entire team—are calculated as a fixed cost based on the event’s duration and location. These costs are typically covered by the client and are added to the final quote.
What is a wedding like with you?
At Chiaia Wedding Studio, our goal is to capture the true essence of your day. We don’t simply observe from afar—we’re fully present. Alongside elegant, editorial-style images, we focus on candid, unposed moments that reveal genuine emotions and authentic connections.
We love to have fun and encourage you to do the same. We’ll dance, move among your guests, and gently remind you to slow down, breathe, and truly enjoy each moment.
Whether it involves quiet whispers, spontaneous kisses, or adventurous settings, we go above and beyond to document your experience in a way that feels real and meaningful. Your final gallery will reflect the full emotional journey of your wedding day.
When will we receive our images?
We completely understand how exciting it is to receive your photos as soon as possible. Delivery times vary depending on the service or package selected.
For our standard packages, the turnaround time is approximately 3–4 months from the date of your session or wedding. If you’ve chosen an expedited option, delivery will be faster—we also offer an Express Delivery within one month, which is one of our most requested services.

Do you shoot film or digital?
We primarily shoot digitally, as it allows us to work with flexibility and capture moments as they naturally unfold. Digital photography gives us the freedom to document every detail with precision and responsiveness.
That said, film photography is also available as an additional service. We love its timeless aesthetic and emotional depth, which can add a unique and soulful dimension to your story.
Do you deliver RAW files?
We generally do not provide RAW files, as they represent only part of our creative process. Our signature style comes to life through careful selection and professional editing.
We meticulously remove test shots, duplicates, blinks, and out-of-focus images, delivering only fully edited photographs that meet our standards. However, if you’d like to discuss the possibility of receiving RAW files, we’re always open to a conversation.
Do you retouch photos?
Yes, we do light retouching. This includes smoothing skin and removing small distractions, while always preserving your natural appearance. We never change how you truly look—our aim is to enhance, not alter, your authentic beauty.
Will our photos be published?
We often fall in love with our couples’ photos and may wish to share a selection on our website or social media channels.
However, if you prefer to keep your wedding private, you can choose to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) as an additional service. This ensures that your images will remain completely private.
Your preferences always come first, and we’re happy to respect your wishes.
Can we meet before the event?
Of course—we’d be delighted to meet you. Whether in person at our studio or via video call, we’re more than happy to connect before your wedding day.
Getting to know you helps us understand your vision, style, and expectations, allowing us to tell your story in the most authentic and personal way possible.
How many photographers will be present?
Our studio consists of a team of four experienced photographers, and most packages include two photographers to ensure complete coverage from multiple perspectives.
Depending on the size, logistics, and specific needs of your event, additional photographers can be included. From intimate celebrations to large weddings with up to 1,000 guests, we’re equipped to adapt seamlessly.
Do you offer printed products?
Yes, we do. We strongly believe in the beauty of tangible memories—printed pieces that allow you to relive your wedding day for years to come.
We offer our signature hardcover albums, handcrafted with great care and attention to detail, designed to become timeless keepsakes.
